Conservative Tours endeavors to fulfill every promise of service made in our presentation on our website and elsewhere. Naturally, we rely on third parties for certain services, like transportation; and Conservative Tours Incorporated only contracts with firms that have a proven track record of quality service. Nevertheless, in the odd event of changes to your advertized tour at the last minute due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a work stoppage or inclement weather, we'll work to make it up to you without delay. Conservative Tours Incorporated reserves the right to make last minute changes to an advertized tour in the best interest of our guests. If there are any surprises, we intend them to be of a pleasant nature!
Insurance
Conservative Tours, Incorporated recommends you consider purchasing travel insurance. More details can be provided upon request.
Cancellation/Refunds
In the event of cancellation of a specific tour by Conservative Tours Inc., Conservative Tours Incorporated's liability will be limited to a refund of all payments made by customers. When a customer chooses to cancel his/her participation in an upcoming tour his/her decision must be expressed in writing to Conservative Tours, Inc. When a customer chooses to cancel, the following terms apply with respect to a refund: more than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus $380.00. Between 30 and 60 days before departure: Full refund minus $1000.00. Less than 30 days before departure: No refund unless otherwise provided by the coverage purchased through the optional travel insurance policy.
Air Travel
Conservative Tours recommends using the following major international carriers to and from Europe: American Airlines, Air France, Iberia (Spain) Delta (JFK to Nice) Alitalia, and USAir. These carriers have proven to be the most reliable and offer the greatest number of non-stop flights from American gateway cities to Paris, Madrid, Rome or Nice.
